Terms of Use

By using Piyanomini Ars or Piyanomini Manus, you agree to the following terms. They apply to both apps; each app is purchased separately.

License

You may use the apps on your own devices for individual practice and in teaching contexts. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the app through your App Store account; this right may be shared with members of your family group via Apple Family Sharing. You may not copy, distribute, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

Free trial

Each app can be tried in full for 14 days from first use. During the trial, no in-app payment is started, no card is requested and no automatic charge is made when the trial ends. After it ends, access is restricted unless you buy. Deleting and reinstalling the app may not reset the trial. There is no subscription.

Purchase and restoration

A one-time purchase gives permanent access to all features of that app and can be restored on supported devices using the same Apple account, or by members of your Apple Family Sharing group. New features and updates may be included, but the app's scope, technical requirements or platform conditions may change over time.

Refunds

Purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy and handled directly by Apple; we have no access to your payment details.

Intellectual property

The apps, their design, exercises, software, visual and audio content, and the Piyanomini, Ars and Manus names belong to Piyanomini and are protected by copyright.

Limitation of liability

Piyanomini is provided for education and practice; it does not replace a teacher, expert assessment or professional service. The app is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect damages arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms.
